Through feedback and discussion at Sports Crew meetings they are able to create intra-school competitions, plan lunch time activities and whole school challenges to increase engagement and pupil led activities. This team understands the importance of inclusion and endeavours to find new ways to ensure that all pupils at St John & St James are active, included and valued.

Staff Lead

Mr Charles  is our Sports Crew steering group lead. He will be working closely with our Sports Crew throughout the year. Keep an eye out for updates via the school newsletter and on our website.

In the summer term, the Sports Crew will be helping to set up Intra-School competitions across all of our key phases which will help to prepare the children for wider competitions. This will mean that the children have better access and to be better prepared when competing against external schools across the borough.
