Breakfast club
Breakfast club runs from 8:00-8:55am daily throughout the school terms and costs £12.50 per week from September 2024. Alternatively, parents can choose to send their child to Breakfast Club on set days each week for a fee of £3.50 per day.
Parents are asked to sign up in advance if you would like your child to attend our Breakfast Club provision. The admin team will inform you of availability. If there are spaces, your child will be added to the register and can attend from the Monday following your sign up. If there aren’t any spaces, you can choose to add your child’s name to the waiting list; you will be informed when a space becomes available.
Once a space is allocated, you are automatically re-enrolled and charges applied to your Parent Pay accounts for each term for the remainder of that school year unless you inform us that the space is no longer required.

Magic Breakfast
We have teamed up with Magic Breakfast to ensure that no child starts the day hungry.
Our ‘bagel bar’ will be open each morning in the hall from 8.50-8.55am.

EYFS (Nursery and Reception) and other After School Clubs (Year 1 to Year 6)
All after school clubs run from 3.30pm to 5.00pm Monday to Friday during term time.
An EYFS after school club is available to all pupils in Nursery and Reception which is held in the Nursery classroom.
A variety of After School Clubs are on offer to children in Year’s 1 to 6 and are held in a variety of areas throughout the school.
After School Clubs are charged at a flat rate which are shown on the sign up form below. EYFS clubs are charged at a slightly higher rate to compensate for the additional staffing requirements for children in this age group.
Clubs are charged at a flat rate for each term (Autumn, Spring or Summer). This is due to the fact that spaces are limited and once you sign up we aren’t able to offer that space to any other child. Please ensure that you complete your form and return it to us as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
All clubs are offered on a first come first served basis. Parents must complete the Google Doc link each term in order to book their clubs. A member of the admin team will send an email response confirming your choices. These will be allocated to your parent pay account and must be paid fully in advance (by the date stated on the sign up document) before attendance is permitted.
Extended Day Wraparound Care (5.00-5.50pm)
SJSJ are pleased to be able to offer Extended day wraparound care:
- Extended Day Wraparound Care will be offered each evening from 5.00pm to 5.50pm at a cost of £5.00 per session.
- Children will be offered a light snack which includes a sandwich or bagel, fresh fruit and water or milk.
- Just like our After School Club provision, parents will be asked to sign up in advance to the days that they require and full payment for the entire term is required before any child will be permitted to join these services.
- Children must be collected promptly at this time; there will be a late charge of £5.00 for every five minutes that you collect after the 5.50pm club finish time.
- Persistent late collection means that your space will be withdrawn.
- Persistent late collections are considered to be lateness on 4 or more occasions in any half term.
