Quality of Education
- To increase opportunities for children to develop high quality oracy skills to support enquiry, critical thinking and social communication in all areas of the curriculum
- To further develop teacher subject knowledge and pedagogy in the teaching of reading across all phases
- To continue to enhance staff subject knowledge and pedagogy to effectively support all learners, including those with special educational needs
- To implement strategies of generative learning to ensure pupils think deeply about intended learning across the curriculum
Behaviour and attitudes
- To increase children’s awareness in making positive choices when keeping themselves safe especially online
Personal development
- To embed the OPAL play strategy
- To enhance the sense of belonging within the school community
Leadership and Management
- Continue to support staff in deepening subject knowledge of cultural bias, diversity and inclusion
- To develop leaders at every level
Early Years
- To improve communication, language and literacy ensuring that continuous provision enriches pupil interactions
